In the present day business scenario, a number of companies are going through experiments with new strategies. It sometimes gives the companies extraordinary results and sometimes the new strategies are unable to give up to the mark results. The companies which are at the top are much common to use the new strategies because these companies are not at all having the threat of a huge loss in their global business market. It has to be noted in this matter that the companies either learns something new if the strategy is successful or the company learns a lesson which they should avoid in the future. This paper focuses on the new strategy implemented by IBM in 2015.
